NON VINTAGE PALMER & Co BRUT

The brand s standard-bearer. After all, the reputation of a champagne house is always based on the quality of his non vintage brut isn t it ? Palmer & Co Brut is always true to its word. Its strong points are fruitiness – just the right amount – suppleness, balance and freshness.

The blend : 40 to 50% Chardonnay and 50 to 60% Pinots ( Pinot noir majority ) and a great part of reserve wines. These wines come from about 30 different crus, wich explains the extraordinary wealth of choice at our chef de cave s disposal. Such a rich palette confers Palmer & Co Brut supreme elegance.

Winemaking

Fermentation under fully temperature regulated inox vats

Complete malolactc fermentation

Ageing in our choke cellars

Liquor amount : 10 to 12 g/l

Tasting note

Aspect : fine bubbles, plentiful froth, light yellow robe.

Nose : fresh and fruity with a floral note.

Mouth : large and fresh, were citrus fruits and brioche dominate giving a long spring impression.
