The blend : 40 to 50% Chardonnay and 50 to 60% Pinots ( Pinot noir majority ) and a great part of reserve wines. These wines come from about 30 different crus, wich explains the extraordinary wealth of choice at our chef de cave s disposal. Such a rich palette confers Palmer & Co Brut supreme elegance.
