Wine Description: A modern expression of the classical Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot blend. The different nuances of the varieties are well presented at the nose. In the mouth it is soft in the beginning, to become rich and well-structured, with an aromatic lingering finish.
Wine and food pairing: Served at 16-18°C it is a perfect match for grilled meat, roasted lamb and red sauce meat casseroles.
